Gazzetta dello Sport claims Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers are both interested in signing Milan striker Andre Silva.
According to Gazzetta journalist Nicolo Schira, the Premier League sides have offered loans with options to buy next summer.
However, Schira suggests Milan would prefer to shift Silva permanently – for a fee of €25m.
Milan paid Porto €38m to sign the Portuguese in 2017, but he scored just two Serie A goals in his first season.
He spent the previous campaign at Sevilla but is back at San Siro after they did not exercise their option to buy.
Although new Diavolo boss Marco Giampaolo reportedly wants to retain 23-year-old, he could be sold to accommodate Patrick Cutrone.
