Spezia have accepted an offer from Arsenal for Jacob Kiwior.
TMW says Arsenal have bid €25m plus €5m in bonuses for the Polish defender.
The youngster will be in London on the weekend for an Arsenal medical.
Kiwior's representatives are today negotiating personal terms with the Gunners.
The 22 year-old joined Spezia in 2021 from Žilina.
