Former Genoa and Livorno president Aldo Spinelli believes Juventus will bounce back this new season.
Spinelli insists Juve can match champions Napoli with a clever strategy.
He told Tuttosport: "Focusing on young players and targeted investments, for me, the era of Serie A championships will return.
"I believe that already in the season at the gates, the Bianconeri will be able to compete on an equal footing with Inter and Napoli.
"They could have also the last championship, if they hadn't spent badly: this team needs substance, not players like (Paul) Pogba or (Angel) Di Maria who show you their class a couple of times a match."
