According to a report from Sport Bild, Arsenal are interested in Bayer Leverkusen's 20-year-old forward, Christian Kofane.
The report states that Arsenal have already made preliminary contact with Kofane's agent and are preparing for a potential bid in the winter transfer window.
Previous reports indicated that contract extension talks between Bayer Leverkusen and Kofane had stalled, with the player's current contract set to expire in 2029.
Last season, Kofane played in 44 matches for Bayer Leverkusen, contributing 7 goals and 6 assists. This season, the Cameroonian forward has already scored 3 goals in 6 appearances.

If Alvarez is interested and wants us to, we should go for him, he has proven experience of the EPL. And was our No1 summer target.
