Tottenham are eliminated from FA Cup after a 2-0 defeat at Crystal Palace and face another season without trophy.
Paulo Gazzaniga
He pushed Schlupp's early shot straight into the path of Wickham to open the scoring. Held Van Aanholt's shot from distance 20 minutes in. Sent the wrong way by Townsend's spot kick but saved the same player's shot soon after. Saved a Zaha shot late on but had little to do in the second half. 5
Juan Foyth
The Argentine had some struggles with Zaha in the first half, something he wasn't alone in. He was tripped to earn Spurs' their first half penalty. He was probably the visitors' best players in the second half, driving forward whenever he could to try to up the tempo and defending well. 7
Davinson Sanchez
The Colombian is developing a bad habit of mistiming shoulder barges. He tried one against Schlupp and the Palace man simply ran through to set up the opening goal. Improved in the second half. 6
Jan Vertonghen
Spurs' captain for the day lasted just 45 minutes before being replaced by Lamela. 5
Kieran Trippier
Found Nkoudou with a clever pass with one free-kick which was wasted but fluffed his own big chance, curling a penalty wide. Sent a dangerous cross across the face of goal in the second half but other than that his crossing and set pieces were poor. That penalty miss was crucial. 4
Oliver Skipp
The 18-year-old made an important tackle on the halfway to stop one first half Palace break. Looked lost at times in the first half but another who grew into the game in the second half and made some important interceptions. 6
Spurs needed a leader in the middle among all the fringe players and he didn't seem to provide it. Was replaced by Wanyama 15 minutes into the second half. 5
Kyle Walker-Peters
Flung his arms up in the air to quite literally hand Palace a penalty in the first half. Another who improved in the second half but this was not a good day for him on the left. 5
Georges-Kevin Nkoudou
A rare start for the Frenchman, he fluffed an early chance from a short Trippier free-kick which set Palace away on a break. He then fired two efforts from close range straight at Speroni and had a chance early in the second half which was blocked on the edge of the box. Barely touched the ball in the second half. 4
Lucas Moura
The Brazilian shot just over early in the second half with an effort from distance. Was a threat for Spurs going forward with his dribbling and pace but with little end product. Came off in the final ten minutes. 6
Fernando Llorente
Some decent hold-up play in the first half before his first chance came early in the second half, forcing Speroni into a sprawling save. He was then denied by the keeper from close range soon after. Not clinical enough when he got the chances. 5
Erik Lamela
Brought on at half-time to bring some drive to Tottenham's play which he did. Sent a low shot rolling wide early in the half. Tried to make things happen but was wasteful in possession too many times. 5
Victor Wanyama
Looked very rusty with a number of intercepted passes. Will need time to get back into the groove. 4
Kazaiah Sterling
Came on for his FA Cup debut in the final ten minutes and didn't get to see much of the ball. N/A

If Kane and eriksen don’t win anything in their career it will be a disgrace. One of the best strikers in the world and one of the best midfielders in the world deserve to be in a better club and should’ve won sooo many trophies by now considering their quality.

Out of the Carabao cup...out of the FA Cup...soon to follow Champions league...tall order to win the premier league...looks like another season without trophies...go on like this how long can we hold on to Kane, Eriksen, Alli ?? We just don’t have enough depth in our squad....with just a couple of days to the close of the transfer window...all we read is Spurs interested in this player...that player...but nothing finalise...bloody marvellous

Jan Vertonghen, the Spurs' captain for the day lasted just 45 minutes.... (it happens not for a reason, just when the Captain sucks & the ship sunks too).
