We all know Kiev, being greedy former Soviet country and also understanding their philosophy how they behave. So this wouldn’t surprise me at all. Only thing I can suggest to all fans to stay away from the venue and pay reasonable on accommodation and transport. Also the local government should intervene to make sure some kind of justice is made for the right cause.
