Ferran Torres' move from Valencia to Manchester City is a done deal.
The two clubs are still finalising the paperwork ahead of making the transfer official.
MARCA can confirm that the transfer fee is fixed at 23 million euros, plus another 12 million in add-ons.
To start with, sources close to Valencia said that the fee was 25 million euros, but the final fee is two million euros lower.
While this may seem like a low figure by City's standards, it goes a long way to solving Valencia's financial problems at the moment.
The signing will be announced once Ferran has undergone his medical in Barcelona and the paperwork has been completed.
The 20-year-old won't have to go through the quarantine period once he arrives in the UK because he will have undergone a medical.
