Tottenham Hotspur's Gareth Bale has nothing in common with the one that played for Real Madrid as the Welshman seems to be a completely different person since joining the Premier League side this summer.
During his last few seasons at Los Blancos, Bale seemed uninterested both on and the off the pitch. However, after reuniting with club the where he made his name before joining Real Madrid, the Welshman seems happy again.
Let's take a look at the five obvious differences between Real Madrid's Bale and his new version at Tottenham Hotspur
1 Didn't feature for Wales for the first time in two years
While he was with Real Madrid he wouldn't mind joining Wales in an international break despite just coming back from an injury, Bale wasn't part of his country's squad list in October.
Despite having recovered from his injury, the Welshman stayed in London to train with his club and prepare for his debut. That's exactly the opposite of what happened last season, when he was travelling to play for Wales despite spending long periods on the sidelines.
2. One of the first to training
The English media report that Bale is very motivated with this new adventure and that he is one of the first players to arrive at Tottenham Hotspur's training ground.
While at Real Madrid, especially in recent years, some of his teammates were surprised at how little time he spent at Valdebebas, and was often one of the last players to arrive and the first to leave.
This season, he is spending many more hours at Tottenham Hotspur's training ground, both training and being treated by the physios.
3. Much more talkative with the media
Bale seems much more relaxed in England and has already given three interviews in his first month as a Tottenham Hotspur player.
The Welshman has acknowledged on Tottenham's official website, on Sky Sports and on BT Sport that he'd been dreaming of returning to the team he loves and that he was not too "happy" at Real Madrid in recent months due to his lack of playing time.
4. More social with his teammates
Bale is training with a big smile on his face, while in Thursday's training session he was the central character by showing off his basketball skills to his teammates.
Although he never had any issues in Real Madrid's dressing room, his relationship with his teammates wasn't that warm. In fact, he didn't even say goodbye to them when he left Los Blancos and he didn't usually go to team dinners.
5. The coach has a plan for him
While Bale wasn't part of Zinedine Zidane's plans last season, Jose Mourinho is willing to make the most out of his new player and help him rediscover his best form.
In fact, he affectionally calls him Gary and he knows that when he is fit he can be a decisive player for any elite club.
"The team is the most important thing and Gary is here - sorry, Gareth - to help the team," Mourinho said ahead of Tottenham Hotspur's game against West Ham on Sunday. "But at the same time we care about him."

Bale really isn't known to be egotistical. if is anything, Bale might rival Kane as Spurs' leader not Mourihno. Remember when Pep rudely called Spurs the "Harry Kane team"? I don't foresee problem here

tbh most of it is his own fault, he player for Madrid in many years and still can't say a word in spanish so how can he communicate with anyone? that led to him feeling left out or whatever
Please it’s not true because some of the players have come out to say he speaks Spanish
