Theo Walcott names his perfect 5-a-side team

Everton winger Theo Walcott has opened up on his dream five-a-side team and has picked out two Brazil legends to keep it tight at the back.

The 29-year-old has opted to elect the towering Dida as his goalkeeper with legendary Selecao defender Roberto Carlos forming the one-man defence.

Further forward there is plenty of Arsenal representation - unsurprising given Walcott spent 12 years at the club - as Santi Cazorla and Thierry Henry join Wayne Rooney in completing his 'Black Knights' line-up.

Rooney has spent the majority of his career as a No 9 striker but Walcott has opted to deploy the former Manchester United and Everton ace in a deep-lying midfield role.

Currently out in Washington playing for DC United, Rooney is the engine in a side with three players now firmly retired.

Cazorla has returned from an horrific Achilles issue which blighted his Arsenal career to play for Villarreal as Walcott believes his perfect set-up would trouble any opposotion.

But his design for the club did not stop at just his legendary playing personnel.

Walcott also revealed that the kit manufacturers would be adidas and the badge would feature two crossed swords. The playing shirt would be all black.

As far as the team motto, the Englishman landed on 'Thou shall not pass' before failing to control his laughter at the whole enterprise.
