Thiago Silva tore into Jude Bellingham from the sidelines during Chelsea's win over Dortmund on Tuesday night after his crunching tackle on Reece James - calling him a 'son of a b****'.
The Blues continued to ease the pressure on Graham Potter with a comeback victory to beat the German side 2-0 and reach the Champions League quarter-finals - with the injured Silva enjoying the win from the stands.
But the Brazilian was enraged after seeing England star Bellingham go in hard on James with a dangerous tackle towards the end of the game as he embarked on an expletive rant and called for the Dortmund player to be sent off.
'Son of a b****!' he cried. 'Not my full-back for the love of God! Red card!'
The video was filmed by Silva's wife Belle, who has been vocal during many Chelsea games in the last few seasons - and she also looked animated as she watched with her husband in what appeared to be an executive box.
In January she took a swipe at her husband's team-mates after their struggles in the league, saying the team needed 'a Silva in attack and midfield' to change their fortunes.
James and Silva both played the full 90 minutes during the clash at Stamford Bridge, with the former having a storming game down the right flank to drive Chelsea forward and help them overturn the 1-0 deficit from the first leg.
Bellingham, on the other hand, did not enjoy his finest hour for Dortmund. The teenager - strongly linked with Liverpool and Man City - missed two great chances to bring Dortmund back into the tie and wasn't able to fully exert himself in the game.
The 19-year-old opted to vent at the officials after the game for allowing Havertz to retake his penalty after an encroachment.
'I think that in itself was disappointing, and then the fact that they've had a retake, I think it's a joke,' he said.
'For every penalty, especially when he has such a slow run-up, there's going to people encroaching into the box by a yard or so. But that's the game I suppose, he's made the decision and we've had to live with it.'
His tackle on James came out of frustration during a difficult night for himself and his team, which led to the outburst from Silva - who is currently being treated for a knee ligament injury he sustained against Tottenham last month.
Silva was given a timeframe of around six weeks out when his injury was first confirmed on February 28. It came as a blow for the Blues, who have struggled defensively this season and could do with his experience in their backline.
Chelsea's statement on Silva read: 'Having sustained a knee injury during the first half of Sunday's match against Tottenham Hotspur, Thiago underwent further assessment and a scan on his return to the training centre on Monday.
'Scan results from those assessments have confirmed damage to Thiago's knee ligaments and he will now work closely with the club's medical department during his rehabilitation to return to action as soon as possible.'
