Mourinho is the biggest problem. 1. He doesn’t inspire players rather he has a very negative, depressing impact on them. 2. He can’t motivate players who are not performing well, I feel players are afraid of his negativity. 3. He is very low on ideas. 4. His methods are outdated. He should be kicked out and away into oblivion.

It seems the tactic Mourinho plays with, he should equalise between defending and attacking... he either plays aatacking or defending... they loose when they defend cuz they are always not parking the bus... when it comes to attacking they loose because the bus driver Lukaku doesn't know how to aim... POOR DEFENCE. As much as I love Jose but I think it’s time for United to change him with a new manager. Because the longer he stay the more defeats coming. To wait until summer break before we can buy defender is too long to wait. Jose cannot change anything in the team the spirits of real Red Devil’s is begin to lose within the players because of his negativity. Phil Jones does not make a team better. Poor defenders with lack of self confidence especially with the likes of Chris Smalling and Phil Jones seems to be one of Man United biggest problems. Secondly, the coach system of plays on the field seems not to be workable with the players. Jose Mourinho's rapport with the players is also very low. Man United needs a buy of young elite talent, especially strikers who are inspired to win.
