Adams deal 'close'

Chelsea are reportedly planning to push ahead with their interest in Leeds United's Tyler Adams.

According to The Athletic, the Blues will step up their interest in the United States international. Phil Hay, who covers Leeds United, has claimed that Chelsea are 'increasingly likely' to sign Adams.

Kudus ultimatum

Mohammed Kudus' move to Brighton could hang in the balance after Ajax provided the playmaker with an ultimatum.

Dutch outlet Voetbal International has claimed that Ajax want him to agree personal terms with the Seagulls in the next 48 hours. The report adds that if an agreement fails to be reached, the deal will be off and the Ghanaian will remain in Amsterdam.

Chelsea have been credited with interest in the 23-year-old, but looked set to miss out on his signature after Brighton reached an agreement with Ajax.

Mbappe boost

Kylian Mbappe has been barred from PSG training amid continued uncertainty over his future at the club.

The French giants have returned to Paris after their pre-season tour of Asia and will train this week ahead of their first game of the season against Lorient. According to PA Media, the forward will be part of the so-called 'loft' training group.

The report continues to suggest that PSG are convinced that Mbappe has already agreed to join Real Madrid next summer. However, that currently doesn't seem to be the case.
