FC Barcelona's young French centre back, Jean-Clair Todibo, was the first player to welcome Antoine Griezmann to the club on social media.
The 19-year-old defender, alongside Ousmane Dembele, returned to preseason training one week early and wanted to welcome the fourth Frenchman to the first team squad.
Griezmann joins Todibo, Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembelé.
In a short and sweet message, he welcomed his countryman to the club.
With de Ligt set to join Juventus, it's unclear whether this changes the plan for Todibo next season. The current idea is to loan out the youngster in order for him to get regular playing time as he's behind Gerard Piqué, Clément Lenglet and Samuel Umtiti in the pecking order.

it will be best to offload suarez and griezman took his position. suarez is 33 years running. he is in the decline. his value will drop drastically next season. if he is sold this season barca profits and with that money find a back up for the ageing pique. neymar and dembele on the wings , griezman in the attack with mssi behind him. coutinho is still young and can be used for a back up. last but the most important sack ververde. so offloading suarez and the coach will solve barca's problems.
