Tottenham and Real Madrid are close to agreeing a season long loan deal for midfielder Daniel Ceballos, AS reports.

The 22-year-old has a number of clubs across Europe chasing his services this summer with the Galacticos open to his departure. And after lifting the Euro Under 21 Championship, Ceballos now is considering seriously his future.
The Spanish news outlet state the star would only be willing to depart the Bernabeu for a 12-month period and has no intention of making a permanent exit. That could make Spurs favourites to win the race for Ceballos.

Spurs want to break more records... 1. Reaching UCL final without signing..... 2. Signing but not reaching UCL final....

I was already worried about this guy but now I am glad to see this. If Real sell him they will only regret it in a couple of years. He is pure talent and can succeed in Madrid he just needs more playing time to evolve.

A good deal for all the parties. Finally a player like Ceballos will get a chance to prove his talent and skills esp under a coach like Pochhetino he can improve even more.
