Tottenham are rivalling Arsenal for the signature of Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus, according to reports, as the striker opened up on his 'uncertain' future at the Etihad.
The Brazilian played 90 minutes on the final day of the season as City dramatically secured the Premier League title from Liverpool by coming back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 on Sunday.
Despite scoring 13 goals in 41 appearances in all competitions this season, Jesus has generally not been first choice for much of the season and has said he wants to leave for more regular first-team football elsewhere.
Arsenal was thought to be the most likely destination, with Gunners boss Mikel Arteta - who worked with the 25-year-old when he was assistant at City - keen on reunion.
But according to the Telegraph, their fierce north London rivals Tottenham have joined the race to sign him after pipping them to fourth spot and Champions League football.
They reported Jesus' agent Marcelo Pettinati as saying his client is aware of Spurs' interest, with five other clubs also keen on his signature.
Italian manager Antonio Conte reportedly wants to add to his squad ahead of playing in Europe's top competition next season, with a centre-back and midfielder also on his shopping list.
He could play as a central striker alongside Harry Kane, as backup to the England captain, and also as a wide forward.
And as reported by the Metro, via Globo, £42million-rated star Jesus - whose contract at the Etihad expires next year - told ESPN Brazil he wants to remain in the Premier League once he leaves City.
He said: 'About my future, it's still uncertain. I have a contract with City and I have already expressed my desire to the City people and to my agent. I have in my head very clear what I want.
'Today (Sunday), I want to celebrate a lot with City. It's obvious that I'm very happy here. Tomorrow (Monday), if everything goes well for me, my wife and our family, Helena (his daughter) will come to the world.
'So, I have to take advantage of this moment. Then, think about the team, smile at the team again. And, on vacation, I decide about my future.'

If not because of Champions league football, Arsenal would be a better team for him. playing Champions league football under Antonio Conte is not a bad idea. Remain to be seen. Good luck Gabi
