Six to miss Everton clash

Richarlison is another injury worry having been taken off shortly into the dramatic 3-3 draw against Southampton on the south coast. Speaking to the press ahead of Spurs' clash with Everton, Cristian Stellini said: "Bentancur out for the season and Richarlison with problems and Ben Davies and Sessegnon are pushing to recover. They are not ready but they are pushing to recover as soon as possible."

Hugo Lloris is also not yet available for selection due to his knee injury that has kept him out of action since the defeat of Manchester City. The club captain will be joined by Ryan Sessegnon in the treatment room as the wing-back recovers.

"We have a problem with Ryan, but that was clear from the last game - he wasn't in the squad and now, he is not available," Conte said before the loss to Leicester. To which Stellini added: "Hugo has been training since last week. Training with the team, we didn't have more of the team until Wednesday. Hugo is fitting in well."

Lahm endorses Kane to Bayern

In an interview with Sky Sports, the former Bayern defender said: "Harry Kane is a game-changing centre-forward, a clear No. 9 but also with technical skills. He is a very good striker.

"I think he would really be an outstanding fit for Bayern Munich. For this position, Bayern has always had very good international strikers like Robert Lewandowski, so we will see. I am looking forward to seeing what will happen."

Kompany message clear

Vincent Kompany has insisted that he's focused on his job at Burnley despite having been lined up to replace Antonio Conte at Tottenham. The former Manchester City defender has been heavily linked with taking the helm at Hotspur Way after the Italian parted ways with the north London outfit earlier this week.

"The way I am as a person, my starting point is: 'Okay, where can this place go?' You know, because everybody is talking about our limits, but we are the only ones who can judge our own limits I think," the 36-year-old said.

"So, my first thing is where this place can go and that consumes my every moment. So, as much as I love the club - I want to show an example - when we left Manchester City, I love the club. But, my first thought is not like: 'Oh, it'd be nice to...'. My first thought is how we can close the gap. I think that is my job as a manager."
