With Suarez back from injury, Griezmann is again forced to play out wide and out of position.

Unless Barcelona stick with the 4-2-3-1 formation used at the weekend, former Dortmund winger Dembele looks set for a place on the bench here.

Full-backs Alba and Semedo will miss out for Barcelona in midweek. Firpo will deputise for Alba, while Roberto is fresh to start at right-back after serving a ban at the weekend.

Lenglet suffered a calf injury before their 2-1 win over Leganes at the weekend but trained without problem on Monday. With Pique suspended on Wednesday, Lenglet will partner Umtiti at the back.

Dortmund News:

Paco will miss out against former club Barcelona after coming off at half-time in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Paderborn with injury.

With Paco ruled out, Favre must decide whether to start Gotze upfront or push Reus further forward.

The likes of Brandt, Thorgan Hazard and Achraf Hakimi were only used as substitutes at the weekend to suggest they were being held back for this game.

It was not long ago Sancho was considered a guaranteed starter for Dortmund but that is no longer the case after a testing few months for the German side.

Guerreiro and Schulz are in competition for a starting berth at left-back for Dortmund.

Focus:

Barcelona will qualify for the knockout stage with a win on Wednesday. They will top the group if they beat Dortmund and Inter drop points to Slavia Prague for a second time. Dortmund will only qualify if they better Inter's result.

Barcelona will be pleased this game is at Camp Nou, as they have not been impressive on the road of late. At home, the Spanish giants are unbeaten this season and have only failed to win one game.

Dortmund have only won one of their last six away matches and have failed to score in the last three. Even though Barcelona are missing key defenders, Dortmund arrive into this match at a bad moment.

Liverpool vs Napoli (Group E)

Salah was an unused substitute in Liverpool's 2-1 win away to Crystal Palace on Saturday, suggesting he will be fine to start against Napoli on Wednesday.

Henderson recovered from illness to start against Palace and the Liverpool skipper will continue in midfield alongside Fabinho and Wijnaldum here.

Robertson was considered a major doubt prior to the clash with Palace but recovered from an ankle injury to start.

Napoli News

Insigne left the 1-1 draw with AC Milan on Saturday with an elbow injury and will miss out here.

Milik is injured and is a big loss for Napoli, while Malcuit remains sidelined for the away side.

Manolas was an unused substitute against Milan and should make his return from injury at Anfield.

Ghoulam, Rui and Ruiz have made the travelling squad despite fitness concerns.

Llorente, who won't start, will miss Napoli's last group game if he is booked on Wednesday night.

Focus:

Liverpool will secure top spot in Group E with a win over second-place Napoli on Wednesday. 

Klopp's side are facing Napoli at the ideal moment, as the Serie A outfit are in turmoil on and off the pitch.

Napoli have only won two of their last 10 matches in all competitions but have drawn five of their last six. 

Liverpool, meanwhile, haven't kept a single clean sheet at Anfield this season but are unbeaten in home games.

Lampard will assess his squad following their 2-1 defeat away to Man City at the weekend.

Mount will push for a recall after only making the bench against City but both Kante and Kovacic played well in midfield.

James and Alonso are options if changes are made at full-back by Lampard.

Focus:

Valencia and Chelsea are two of three teams tied on seven points in Group H with two games left to play. 

Chelsea had won seven away matches in a row prior to defeat at City on Saturday. Given Valencia's injury crisis, this is a huge opportunity for Frank Lampard's side to take a major step towards qualification.

Barella suffered a knee injury in Saturday's win away to Torino and is ruled out of Wednesday's Champions League game with Slavia Prague. 

With Sensi and Gagliardini also sidelined, Conte doesn't have strong options in midfield.

Candreva or D'Ambrosio will start at right wing-back for Inter, while Bastoni is an option at centre-back if Godin needs a rest. 

However, with SPAL to come at home at the weekend, it's more likely Godin will play here and Bastoni will start in the league.

Candreva will miss Inter's final group game if he is booked away to Slavia Prague.

Focus:

Slavia Prague have already drawn with Inter and Barcelona and their biggest defeat is only a 2-0 loss at home to Dortmund.

Inter will be desperate it remains that way or they will suffer a huge blow in their attempts to qualify for the knockout stage.
