Tottenham Hotspur have moved from 17th last season to 12th after their appearance in the Champions League final against Liverpool.
Liverpool are in eighth place despite their Champions League victory with Real Madrid top of the rankings with Atletico Madrid and Barcelona behind them.
Man City are the top ranked English side in sixth place with Arsenal in ninth and Man United making up the top ten.
