Union Berlin 2-5 Bayern: Lewy nets brace to secure easy away win

Bayern Munich have bounced back from their 5-0 thrashing in midweek to score five themselves past Union Berlin in an emphatic victory on Saturday.

Lewandowski got Bayern off to a brilliant start, scoring a brace from the penalty spot and then a free-kick with quarter of an hour before Leroy Sane made it 3-0 10 minutes before half-time.

Union Berlin responded positively, getting a goal back through Niko Giesselmann on the stroke of the break to breathe life back into the game.

Kingsley Coman restored Bayern's three-goal cushion on the hour mark but the hosts refused to go away, which saw substitute Julian Ryerson pull another goal back to make it 4-2 in the 65th minute.

But Thomas Muller made sure Union Berlin had a three-goal deficit to chase once again when he netted Bayern's fifth with 10 minutes left on the clock.
