Liverpool boss Klopp is interested in signing Werner in summer.
Werner had extended his contract with RB Leipzig until 2023, but according to Sport1, the contract contains an exit clause of €30 million plus a guarantee of performance-related bonuses.
Earlier reports said that the release clause of Werner at RB Leipzig has to be activated until the end of April if Liverpool want to buy him, but the transfer fee should be €55-60 million.
Sport1's report now pushes that figure even lower.
The 23-year-old has scored 27 goals & assisted 10 times in his 33 appearances for Leipzig.
