So I don't see your point there's Madrid who spends 200 million a summer and build a team for a decade to compete at the highest level then there are Man United/ Chelsea/ PSG Whom are spending by far more and are getting nowhere near the success level The difference is one clubs knows how to do bussines and has done it for decades the others try to replicate but in the end fail only club that can even come close to buy success is Man City Pep builds teams just like Madrid does and look how it turned out from nobody to UCL winners and one of the best clubs in the world in 8 years!
