Eto'o was simply magnificent. At one stage between 2006 to 2010 he was easily the best striker in the world. Pace, power, style, finishing, two good feet. Drogba was more physical and he mastered the Premiership but Eto'o was easily the better footballer of the two and was simply in a class of his own. Putting it bluntly, Eto'o at his best was better than Drogba at his best

I love Drogba but If I'm gonna be honest even though he was less consistent with his output overall, Etoo when on form was one of the best strikers I've ever seen and that's a big statement from a Chelsea fan like myself who watched Drogba singlehandedly win us the UCL. But we have to remember Inter was probably weaker on paper than our 2012 squad and Etoo still dragged that squad along with Sneijder straight to the finals and won UCL...
