Liverpool's season plummeted to a new low after their 5-2 defeat to Real Madrid at Anfield on Tuesday.
The heavy loss to Los Blancos was the Reds' biggest home defeat in their history and leaves Jurgen Klopp's side facing an 'almost impossible' task to progress to the Champions League quarter-finals.
Liverpool are already out of both domestic cup competitions and are languishing in eighth place in the Premier League - seven points off the top four - after an inconsistent and disappointing season, just months on from narrowly missing out on an unprecedented quadruple.
Many stalwarts who have been integral to the club's success over recent years such as Fabinho and Joel Matip have looked a shadow of their former selves recently, leading to several calls for a squad overhaul in the summer.
In light of that, Sportsmail takes a look at the future of every member of Klopp's squad and outlines who should be moved on and who should stay in the summer.
GOALKEEPERS
Alisson: Best in the world and Liverpool's player of the season. STAYS

We are avoiding the naked Truth. Of course Gomez will be to blame for 2nd and fourth goals. However, Trent was the main problem as he was found out of position most of the time and Joe was to cover up for him. Trent needs to be benched at times
This will be the truth only if u are someone who always focus on irregularities on TAA side... Trent was our best defensive player against Madrid...He was attacked the most but came out on top im most times... 1st goal-Gomez didn't close down Vini more(using d VVD tactics) 2nd goal-Gomez sudnt av played d ball back to Alli as he was too close and Vini has d speed 3rd goal-What on earth was Gomez thinking by giving out a foul when thw bal was already going out(at d edge of d box for that matter). 4th goal... Where was Gomez Blame not TAA.....Gomez has always been the problem since his injury

I don't think these guys are coming to an end of an Era rather they have been overused. these same guys play EPL and CL season in season out, and are called up for cup games time and again. @ that rate, soon or later burnout catches up.

They need to replace TA, and two new midfielders didn’t not help much. If someone could handle Vinicius then the result would be different.
a back 3 can protect Trent, he is more valuable that most credit him. they have to other plans to resolve that but Trent stays.

Joe Gomez is hard of the central back problem. Just look all LFC games lost this season, Gomez is hard of the defending problem. How does such an bad defender with overrated potential get to be LFC first team player. Do you think Gomez will make another other top EPL teams? He can play on top Championship team, not LFC or EPL. Rhian Brewster was supposed to have all the raw potential, what happened to all those potential? Gomez has been in and around the first team. He can defend against fast pace player and his starting position as a defender is always wrong. GOMEZ NEED TO GO!
