The UEFA Nations League group clashes are drawing to an end.

England are still in contention to make the semi-finals if Croatia can win/draw against Spain and lose to the Gareth Southgate's side.

Wales and Scotland are  in contention to be promoted to League A and B respectively with Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland fighting to avoid relegation.
