Spurs fans will have their fingers crossed that Harry Winks will be fit and raring to go when the team take on Liverpool in the Champions League final next Saturday.
The midfielder has not featured for the Lilywhites since the memorable 1-0 win over Man City in the quarter-final first leg in N17 at the start of April due to a groin injury.
Pictured training at Hotspur Way on Wednesday ahead of the final, the midfielder has revealed how he watched the team's stunning triumphs in Manchester and Amsterdam as he wasn't able to travel.
"It was difficult to watch the second leg against City, I was out and it was tough not to be part of it, especially after playing in the first leg," the midfielder told Spurs' official website.
"I had my friends around. I couldn't watch it on my own!
"I sat there and as much as I was disappointed not to be out there with the team, my focus was on supporting the lads and hoping we'd get through.
"It was eventful to say the least! It all happened so quickly at the end.
"I had to watch the replay three or four times just to make sure Raheem Sterling's late goal was offside.
"That was difficult for the heart rate! What an amazing night."
On the classic 3-2 win over Ajax two weeks ago, he added: "I was working hard on my rehabilitation and I couldn't travel out to Amsterdam.
"It was just incredible. After Jan hit the crossbar (on 86 minutes) you begin to think 'is this it?' but when the third goal went in I was up.
"Even though I wasn't there, I felt like I was with them, jumping up and down in my living room.
"It's a difficult situation, watching on TV from home, one of the toughest times of the season for me because I would have loved to have been out there, but I knew I couldn't be.
"The most important thing is that we got through. What a performance!"
