Wolves sponsor ManBetX logo bizarrely absent from Traore's shirt in Watford game

Wolves star Adama Traore sported a jersey without the club's sponsor during the New Year's Day clash against Watford.

The logo of sponsor ManBetX was bizarrely absent from the 23-year-old's shirt, although the reasons why are currently unknown.

However, the betting company was instead clearly advertised by the rest of Nuno Espirito Santo's men at Vicarage Road.

The Midlands outfit had penned a long-term agreement with the Malta-based organisation in June, who currently front all adult home shirts, including the first-team, and under-23 and disability sides.

Traore has been in scintillating form for the Midlands outfit this season, netting five goals, including one in Wolves' Europa League campaign.

And the winger has also notably worn shirts that have featured the sponsor's logo in every previous game.

But the former Barcelona academy product has recently refused to rule out a switch to Real Madrid in the future.

'If I do not have the option of Barca and I have to go to Real Madrid, I do not close any doors,' according to La Sexta show Jugones and as reported by Goal.

The electric wideman also stressed that, for the time being, he was focused on performing in the Premier League.

He added: 'Yes, why not [return to Spain]? But I made a promise to become one of the best in England.'
