Women's Champions League: semi-final details; how to watch and final date

Jonas Eidevall's Arsenal and Emma Hayes' Chelsea are both still in contention to win the Women's Champions League this season.

The two sides remain in the competition and will both play in the last four for a chance to play in the final.

After losing the quarter-final first leg 1-0, Arsenal defeated Bayern Munich 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium to progress through to the semi-final. The Gunners have won the competition once, following their victory back in 2007.

As for Chelsea, the Blues drew 2-2 on aggregate with last season's winner Olympique Lyonnais but would go on to defeat the French side 4-3 on penalties. Despite their success in recent times, the London club have never won a Champions League.

With two English teams remaining in the competition, who will the pair face in the last four? And when will the final take place?

What are the dates for the Women's Champions League semi-final?

This year's first legs of the Women's Champions League semi-final will take place on Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23.

The second legs of the semi-finals will take place on Thursday, April 27 and Monday, May 1.

Following the completion of the second legs, the two winning teams will have to wait another month before competing for the Champions League trophy.

Who will both Arsenal and Chelsea face?

Hayes' Chelsea are set to go head-to-head against Barcelona. The Blues will be out for revenge after the Spanish side defeated them 4-0, in the 2021 final

The first leg will take place at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, while the second leg will be played on Thursday, April 27, at 5.45pm.

As for Arsenal, the Gunners will face two-time winners Wolfsburg. The two teams will first go head-to-head on Sunday, April 23 in Germany.

The return leg will take place eight days later at the Emirates Stadium, with the game kicking off at 5.45pm.

When is the Champions League final?

This year's final is set to take place on Saturday, June 3 - with kick-off at 3pm.

The final will take place at the PSV Stadium in Eindhoven.

Olympique Lyonnais are the current holders of the competition after they defeated Barcelona 3-1.
