The International Football Association Board (IFAB) have agreed at their 134th Annual General Meeting in Belfast to review the game's offside rule.
They have, though, expressed a desire for more data and investigation before proposing any possible changes to the regulation, with tests to be held at the 2020 Olympic Games and other competitions.
IFAB have agreed to consult with all interested parties, with a view to changing things to favour attacking players.
They will also continue to monitor harassment of officials during matches, and highlighted the success of VAR.
The use of VAR in competitions with more restricted budgets was also discussed, as were some grey areas surrounding the handball laws.

only apply offside rule on either foot if it stands on offside position. dont include other body parts such as hand, forehead, arm, shoulder, chest etc.

They should stop counting Armpits and player's shadows as offside.

Today was not just going to be theirs. They gave in their best against a better and tougher opponent and last week win against West Ham was due to luck, should have happened last week.It been a wonderful run of 44 runs .

The offside line should be at least 20 cams wide to avoid the discrepancy that occurred when deciding when the ball was struck. The present thin line should be broadened by 10 centimeters each way

They just have to let it be like how it is. Cause we're now used to this style

If we accept that a ball one millimeter over the goal line is a goal, I think we should live with the fact that a player ahead of the last defender or the ball marginally or fractionally is in an offside position!

that is gutless why change to benefit attackers. If attackers are good enough they will score with this rule. I love var and these offside rules because they are fair for all
