It's not a competition where the 3rd placed team qualifies like the useless non-competitve over hyped Euro. This is Copa America, where the Latin American team competes. Even the great Maradona failed to win this tournament. The legend Pele was only able to score 70 plus goals in South America while an average striker Luaku scored more than that in Europe.
