"It was decided to make five substitutions because of Covid, but if you then make three in the 85th minute and complain... If there are 25 players per squad, it'll be necessary to rotate. It can't be that everything is the fault of those of us who manage, of the leagues," he added.
Tebas said he doesn't believe or value "that Madrid won't show up for a match.
