According to Bild and Sky Sports, Klopp will call up a Werder Bremen striker for the matches against Serbia and the Netherlands. Germany’s official squad will be announced on Thursday.
Niclas Füllkrug last played for Germany in 2025, when the 33-year-old striker featured in a 2-0 defeat to France in the UEFA Nations League third-place play-off.

Niclas Füllkrug has been outstanding for Werder Bremen this season, earning a recall to the national team.
Since returning to Bremen, the 33-year-old striker has been scoring almost at will, netting 12 goals in 10 competitive appearances.
He has already scored nine goals in the Bundesliga alone and leads the scoring charts. Füllkrug now hopes to carry that goalscoring form into the Germany national team. He has already proved he can do so, scoring 14 goals in 24 appearances for Germany.

My personal opinion is that Fullkrug has been Germany’s best forward for the last Two years and I was waiting for him to be included in the National Squad. I hope he will be rewarded soon and play more consistently for Yhe German National Team.
