Lamine Yamal has been named LALIGA EA SPORTS Player of the Month for April, an award presented by LALIGA in partnership with EA. The Spaniard has once again had an incredible month with Barça, as the team has achieved a 100% win rate in domestic competition.
Once again, the Barça player's performance has been spectacular. He tipped the scales in the match against Atlético Madrid, scored a goal and provided two assists in the derby against Espanyol, and netted the winning goal in the recent home match against Celta Vigo.
This is the third time the young Blaugrana talent has won this trophy this season: he also claimed the award in November and December. Lamine is also the top assist provider in LaLiga with 11 assists.
The Barça player won this award after beating out Vedat Muriqi (RCD Mallorca), Carlos Soler (Real Sociedad), Lucas Boyé (Deportivo Alavés), and Fede Viñas (Real Oviedo) in the final vote.
