The FIFPRO World 11 is an annual award by the International Federation of Professional Footballers to honor the best 11 male and female footballers. Originally called the FIFPRO World 11, it was launched in 2005 to recognize the best football players voted by their peers. In 2009, FIFPRO partnered with FIFA and renamed it "FIFA FIFPRO World 11" (i.e., FIFA Team of the Year), while retaining its original format. Since 2024, FIFPRO has independently managed the award and restored its original name: FIFPRO World 11.
The annual lineup is voted by professional footballers worldwide and is the only global football award entirely player-decided. The performance period for player evaluation is from July 15, 2024, to August 15, 2025, during which players must participate in at least 30 official matches.
The final 11-man lineup will consist of 1 goalkeeper + 3 defenders + 3 midfielders + 3 forwards + the highest-voted non-goalkeeper player remaining.
