Three players each from Man City and Liverpool plus Eden Hazard have been nominated for the 2018/19 award.
Seven players have been nominated for the EA SPORTS Player of the Season award for 2018/19.
Fans can vote for their favourite on the EA SPORTS website.
The votes of the public are combined with those of the 20 club captains and a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be announced later this week.
EA SPORTS Player of the Season shortlist
Sergio Aguero (MCI)
The striker became only the second player in PL history to score 20+ goals in five consecutive seasons as he provided the firepower behind Manchester City's bid to retain the title.
Eden Hazard (CHE)
The winger has been directly involved in more goals this season than anyone else. Ahead of the final weekend as well as scoring 16, he has provided a league-leading 15 assists.
Sadio Mane (LIV)
The Senegalese forward has enjoyed his best scoring campaign. Thirteen of his 20 goals, none of which were penalties, have come in the second half of the season to keep Liverpool hot on the tails of Man City in a pulsating title race.
Mohamed Salah (LIV)
Last season's winner is aiming to be the first to retain the award since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2007/08. The Liverpool striker's 22 goals are the most in the PL as he also chases back-to-back Golden Boots.
Bernardo Silva (MCI)
The 24-year-old has summed up Man City's free-flowing yet resilient football. The midfielder scored important goals in wins at Arsenal and Manchester United and weighed in with 159 recoveries and 48 tackles.
Raheem Sterling (MCI)
One of only three players to reach double figures for both goals and assists. The 24-year-old's 17 goals include a hat-trick and three braces, leading his manager Pep Guardiola to describe him as "magnificent".
Virgiil van Dijk (LIV)
The Dutchman has transformed Liverpool's defence. Their 22 goals conceded are the joint-lowest, with Van Dijk also scoring four himself. Playing all but five minutes, he has yet to be dribbled past.

Hazard is the only player in Europe in the top 5 league to have more than 15 goals and 15 assist and he's doing it in the toughest league in the world. He is the most successful dribbler in the world more than Messi himself who is galaxy above any one in the Balloon D'or comtention. I can't believe people actually think Sterling has been the best offensive player just because he has Man City helping him. The fact that Hazard is still statistically better with players who are lot inferior offensively like Higuian, Morata, Kovacic - 0 goal in 2+ years, Kante, Willian, Pedro, Barkley and Giroud comparable to Mahrez, Aguero, Jesus, Sane, Bernada, David Silva and De Bruyne. If you compare Hazard and Sterling goals you would see how much more individual Hazard is not because he's more selfish but because Chelsea has been a 1 man team considering he is involve in 50% of Chelsea goal even with the amount of rest he has in Europa League fixtures. Don't even get me started on Mane, I get Sterling cause he's been fantastic this season and the only forward close to Hazard but Mane how the hell in any way is he more deserving than Hazard. Check out the stats Hazard beats him at everything possible (per minute) except defensive aspect.
