it's shame if people don't know cr7 is great legend. I think the reason for continued criticism is due to the fact he is not that humble. When he achieves something he talks if people don't know already. You can remember things like am the greatest in history, to me keeps inviting criticism for himself. We already know he is the best but should he always remind people after something that he is the best. He is so insecure with the GOAT thing.
