Philippe Coutinho has dealt a blow to Europe’s top clubs, insisting he has no plans to quit to Spain.
The Barcelona star has been linked with a move to PSG, Manchester United and Chelsea this summer.
Coutinho said: “This is my second season here. I have won titles but I am always an ambitious and demanding player. So, I want more and more. But I’m happy. I wanted to play in Spain and I’m at the best club in Spain.”
Coutinho was even more clear when asked if a trip to Old Trafford next week could rekindle his love of playing in England again in future.
Manchester United host Barcelona in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final next Wednesday.
“My head is exclusively in Barcelona,” Coutinho insisted. “Returning to England now does not fit into my plans.”

That is why we should not always believe those transfer rumors, they are fake, Coutinho himself has said he doesn't want to leave Barcelona, this is second season and he still has a lot to offer, he is a talented player and I am happy he is in Barca and we are going to enjoy him, good luck Coutinho.

I'm so sure that Barcelona is not even thinking of selling Coutinho now. Coutinho is fighting and he is improving, he played a better football but Jan oblak is too good and oblak denied Messi's 7 shot. Coutinho is our player, we love him and he love Barcelona. Forca Barca.

Honestly each time I watch Coutinho playing for Barca, I always feel that he receives unfair criticism. For example in last night's match against ATM Coutinho was best player for Barca in first half. He attacked and defended relentlessly. But immediately he failed to beat Oblak, (keeper man of the match), all the criticism was on Coutinho. Meanwhile Messi and Suarez had also failed to beat Oblak on several occasions. The criticism was like Coutinho was costing Barca the 3 points. unless I watch football differently, Coutinho is criticised unfairly by both Commentators and some Barca supporters.
