Manchester is getting ready for the visit of FC Barcelona. Old Trafford hosts the Champions League quarter-final first leg on Wednesday and there is a traffic sign up which Gary Lineker shared on Twitter.
"Pique time will be Messi," warned the sign, referring to peak travel time on Wednesday.
"Consider using tram or bus," added the sign in a less banterous but more informative twist. Some joked that Ole Gunnar Solksjaer should park the bus.
In case you didn’t get the joke already, this is in reference to Barcelona duo Gerard Pique (whose name sounds kind of similar to ‘peak’) and Lionel Messi, whose name obviously sounds like the word ‘messy’!
The second leg takes place in Barcelona the following week.
