"Skipping has been great for my Achilles since my injury.

"Regaining that bounce/stiffness. I'll keep working on it." he wrote.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek yet to play a minute of first-team football for Chelsea this season as he continues to recover from a ruptured Achilles tendon injury during a post-season friendly last year.

Despite a couple of set-backs, the midfielder has played three times for the Development Squad.

60 minutes in his first game back against Brentford B, before completing a full 90 minutes against Everton in a Premier League 2 encounter and then another 45 minutes recently.

However, with the season currently on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak, Loftus-Cheek's long awaited return to first team action is going to take even longer.
