Chelsea Football Club has reached an agreement with RB Leipzig to sign Timo Werner. The 24-year-old footballer has expressed his happiness to join the London club.
Werner said: ‘I am delighted to be signing for Chelsea, it is a very proud moment for me to be joining this great club. I of course want to thank RB Leipzig, the club and the fans, for four fantastic years. You will forever be in my heart. I look forward to next season with my new team-mates, my new manager and of course the Chelsea fans. Together we have a very successful future ahead of us.’

Young players know Chelsea currentlt is building a side for the future. That's why when a player is below 25, expect the interest to be real. Even some more experienced players also will be convinced knowing that Chelsea needs to strengthen the experienced players they have as only 2 of them, Azpi and Kante are good enough to be in the side. People dont understand how much of an advantage Chelsea has in signing players especially young ones...
