'We must show the greatest respect' - Bartomeu wants no more war for Neymar

FC Barcelona wants no more wars or anything similar to PSG, especially Neymar.

At least, that is what follows from the interview that President Josep Maria Bartomeu granted to AP, in which he was expected to be asked about the club's position regarding the frustrated refishing of Brazilian crack and a hypothetical future attempt.

Bartomeu bet on restraint: "After what happened last summer, he is still on PSG. Therefore, we must have the greatest respect for a club and its players," he said without reopening that melon. "Dembele has had bad luck, but we trust him a lot."

Philippe Coutinho's signings and Ousmane Dembele as Neymar's relay in their offensive importance have not curtailed in Camp Nou, but Bartomeu explains that everything has its time.

"Getting to Barca and succeeding is not easy. Ousmane has had bad luck with the injuries, but we have a lot of confidence in his talent. The adaptation of Coutinho was not so easy. This year we opted for a loan to Bayern Munich. But Coutinho is a world-class star," he recalled.
