Sergio Ramos claimed his share of a rather unwanted record on Wednesday as he saw red during Manchester City's stunning Champions League comeback.
Ramos chopped down Jesus with the Brazilian was clear on goal, leaving referee Daniele Orsato no choice but to show the red card.
That was his fourth red card in the Champions League, tying Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edgar Davids for the most.
It also marked Ramos' 26th career dismissal, just one behind ex-Nice star Cyril Rool, who holds second place in the all-time red card standings.
Ramos, though, is unlikely to ever reach Colombian hothead Gerardo Bedoya, who accrued an incredible 46 reds over 20 years for club and country.

I once said and I'm gonna say it again Ramos belongs in the WWE, he will become a better wrestler there plus there are no red cards and he can be as brutal as ever.

Receiving red cards is one of Ramos' speciality. I'm sure he isn't comfortable with not being the highest red card receiver. He will surely do everything possible to achieve that [Crylaugh]

As a footballer and defender to be precise, I think he did the right thing. If he failed to bring Jesus down there, then it's 1-3 automatically. He wasn't the cause of the RED but at the end he deserves the RED!!

TBH the referee was quite wrong to book him a red card, Ramos just touched Gabriel Jesus on the shoulder and all of a sudden he had already gone to Neymar highschool of sky diving.....
