AC Milan are reportedly working on a move to sign resurgent Udinese playmaker Nicolo Zaniolo in the summer.

It’s understood that AC Milan are working on assembling a strong Italian core of players in the upcoming transfer window.

According to journalist [a href="https://www.calciomercato.com/liste/milan-pochi-italiani-in-rosa-il-piano-sul-mercato-tra-presente-e-futuro/blta2baa22f5bd35054#cs70c3044ecbedddab"]Daniele Longo[/a], Max Allegri is pushing for the club to add Zaniolo, 26, to their shortlist.

Currently on loan from Galatasaray, Zaniolo is likely to make a permanent move to Udinese in the summer before potentially heading to AC Milan.

Zaniolo has managed to rediscover some form while at Udinese, scoring six goals and providing five assists in his 28 games.

AC Milan will also pursue a deal for Fiorentina striker Moise Kean as part of their new transfer policy.
