Rabiot credits the improved form and consistency of the Portugal attacker to a change in his approach to training.
He told Sky Italia: "There's no denying he has potential: he's strong, he's proven it. But from what I've seen since my arrival, he's already changed.
"His attitude on the pitch is different, and that's where it all begins: he has to maintain this momentum."
Rabiot added: "He's a player of great quality, we know that well: he needs to continue to improve.
"Then, it's up to him, mentally, to define his objectives."
