I don't expect anyone to agree with me here, but Guardiola is a specialist in failure! I'm open for further debate on my comment but pls* we are all football fan, we don't have to trade insult. Thanks.

Voting is not easy because sometimes people are guided by external factors; 1. People tend to respect the older generations if they have some knowledge about them. E.g to some, there is nothing that messi or Ronaldo will do be better than pele. 2. People respect dead Heros. Often times countries would label their dead presidents as the best, instead of those alive. In short, people rest the dead. But one thing we must try to do is avoid the thinking that a pupil cannot surpass his teacher. For one thing, a pupil learn from the teacher and add new ideas to what he learnt. This increase in ideas may make him surpass his teacher. While I am not saying guardiola is better than cruyff, but he has also done some great things. 1. He won the champions league in three years. During this achievement, he beat the one of the best coaches ever known, sir Alex. 2. He established one of the most feared teams in football history. The guardiola Barcelona was by far the greatest Barca team, far better than the one cruyff had. Everyone talks about that team, including other coaches. Sir Alex called it his toughest rival team, and rightly so because even with Ronaldo in his prime, sir Alex's team lost 2:0 3. He won 3 laliga titles in three years consecutively. He also won the treble. 4. He built a team on messi, something that would have seemed unwise especially with Ronaldinho around. But he got rid of Ronaldinho and built an empire of Rome with messi as King. 5. He went to Germany, and came out a winner(though not with the champions league). Robben called him the best coach who has ever trained him. The guardiola Bayern was better than the present one, even though the current coach has good players too. 6. He came to English football and started winning games like he was doing at Barca. In this period he broke mourinho's record of most points in a single season and ancellotis records of most goals in a season. That's something. Why didn't the previous coaches of man-city fail to break these records if money is what wins games for a coach??? 7. He is yet to be fired directly. 8. Won more matches against mourinho, sir Alex, and even Klopp. Some say it's easy to coach Barca, but it's not. Ask Valvede! 😂Other coaches who were at man city had money at their disposal, but none came close to what guardiola has done. He has really done something good. He also developed sterling into a goal machine. Thanks to him, debruyna, whom Chelsea rejected, is now the best mid-fielder. Money alone cant win you games. If that were the case, then Zidane isn't good either because Real Madrid is one of the riches clubs in football history. Zidane had Ronaldo who the most expensive player when they bought him. The same is true of bale. But people respect Zidane and they do not mention money when talking about his stats. Why guardiola?...Is guardiola really a fraud? His stats as well as reasoning minds do not agree. As for cruyff, he is the founder of barca's style of play so he must respected easily. I don't know much about him, but he may be better than guardiola. Or guardiola may be better. But guardiola should not be insulted because he decorates football too, just like boss mourinho.

Bruh these ratings are so dumb. Mourinho should be 1st if you follow football for long enough. As for Fraudiola, Cruyff built the winning team that Fraudiola inherited at Barcelona. Everywhere he has gone, Pep has had idel conditions which is why he never will get my respect as the best manager, a good manager maybe but the best can take a team to new heights with a limited budget. Taking inter and Porto to UCL glory is a much bigger feat than anything Pep has done in his entire managerial career....
