Yassine Bounou was named Man of the Match for Morocco-Nigeria, semi-final of the 2025 AFCON, by the Confederation of African Football.
The Atlas Lions ‘ goalkeeper notably saved a penalty during the shootout which ultimately went in favor of the Moroccans (0-0, 4-2 on penalties).
Morocco will face Senegal in the final of the 2025 AFCON on Sunday, January 18, starting at 8 p.m. at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
