I think bartemou is hell bent on destroying barca.. I will say arteta is much better RN than xavi... xavi needs 2-3 seasons for barca job... barto knows xavi will struggle but being an absolute legend means there wont be much noise

Only Xavi is not efficient , he needs either iniesta or some one from la masia management as an assistant. Barca need academy players to come forward ... how can they be just loan out by ebidal? Messi has last 3 or 4 years max to atleast win same number of UCLs as Milan have . Now laliga is not imp for Barca's pride , they need to win UCL . I strongly think that they should not rely only on Neymar ... barca can go for Van de beek and Hakim ziyech . Lautaro Martinez have to come next year . And Dembele , Ansu need good coaching advisers to improve their performances. CB is not a big issue .

For all those who saying Xavi is not ready etc. Zidane was also ''not ready'' at the time. 3 years later he won 3 CL. Xavi has the personality, he is a legend at the club, the players will respect and listen to him and I think he has tactical knowledge also.

bringing xavi so quickly would ruin his image as a coach if anything goes wrong , plz let him first gain coaching experience first elsewhere then he can be brought to Barca
