Adebayor spoke to BeIN Sports about the alleged racist incident at Benfica's home ground, stating that Mourinho was completely wrong this time and predicting Manchester City would win this season's Premier League title.
“I think he [Mourinho] is completely wrong. This is the first time I disagree with him on this matter. There is no place for racism in football,” he criticized the former manager's stance.
“There's no place for racism in sports, anywhere,” he added.
“I know Mourinho, I know he loves African players, but he has to protect these players,” Adebayor explained. “Let's see what UEFA and FIFA do.” He emphasized that concrete action must be taken on anti-racism protocols, as current measures fall far short.
Additionally, Adebayor addressed the Premier League title race: “I've analyzed Arsenal and Manchester City's upcoming fixtures, and I believe Manchester City will win the league championship,” he predicted.

Talk about your own club, standing first on table for 5days and back to where you belong. Likewise man city too can’t won the remaining 11 league matches. I love Guardiola because he’s my former coach and do very well for us but man city have been doing great so let arsenal taste the trophy 🏆 too.
lol oya I give you this year laliga, you still dont come close to what I have already so I think it’s you that needs to work on your team and stop embarrassing Spanish football in Europe

Thank God u used century😂😂 not 20 years ago or 30 years ago. In history, a total of 24 English teams has won the English title. That has never happened anywhere. That is to show u how competitive it is
Not to talk some of them winning it more than twice. In laliga asides from Barca and Madrid , who else won the champions league the answer is none. In England, 6 different teams has won the English title champions league that is what makes football interesting not one team winning it all the time it becomes boring 🥱

I corrected you that you meant to say was* not is* because for the past 10 years now we’ve been experiencing the same thing happening in the premier league in other leagues so what makes it harder? That’s still the question kid, has westham, Aston villa, wolvermpton or even Chelsea won it recently? No, only Manchester city and Liverpool, so how is it harder? You guys should just rest, the premier league has no competition until we see real competition there, watch Manchester city win it over and over again kid

Kid it's interesting because La Liga has seen some really unexpected champions this century too, for instance Deportivo La Coruña actually went from battling relegation to winning the league and many people forget that Valencia also clinched a couple of titles, kind of like a Leicester City moment in Spain, so given those examples I'm curious to hear your reasoning on why you believe the Premier League is the tougher competition kiddo, that’s not a genuine reason 😅😅

It's a bit confusing to constantly hear 'the Premier League is the hardest,' especially when for the last seven or eight years, the title race has largely been confined to Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal bro, this mirrors how most other leagues have their consistent top three contenders with the clear exceptions of the Bundesliga and Ligue 1. It often feels like the media's influence is what truly elevates the Premier League's perception rather than a genuine unparalleled level of competition, this thing is just common sense my bro
Since they started doing champions league as league qualification, Real Madrid has never made top8. The premier league team always claim the most spot. For example this season, 6 England team qualified out of 8 spots. Can u imagine that?

You forgot leceister city lifting the trophy or u forgot Chelsea. In laliga asides from ATL in the last 26years, who won it only once , who else again has won the laliga trophy if not Barca and Madrid . Very shitty league 😂

I really don't know why some Arsenal fans keep on dwelling on their enemies. I don't expect a genuine Arsenal fans to ponder on whatever Adebayo is saying about his formal club, Arsenal. We all knew how his exit was when he finally left Arsenal. Currently, Arsenal is at the top of the table since the beginning of the season and they are still well placed there. Until it is proved otherwise, let them continue do the talking while we do what is expected of us to do. We started together and we know where we are now. We can't win all the games and Man city can't win all the games too. Our hope is in our hands, not in anybody's hands. They were totally disappointed cos they expected Arsenal to lose points yesterday. Gunners 4life

What Barca and Real Madrid have achieved in football… None of your best 6 clubs in England have achieved it. In everything Spain senior England by far
That’s not the point here . I thought we were talking about the toughest league . How is laliga tough when it only the same 2 teams that dominate 1st and 2nd every season. It’s just too easy there. Barca and Madrid have never finished below 4th position in history

It is still better than laliga after all where it’s only Barca and Madrid
You meant to say it was better than laliga right? Because Manchester City have won 6 out of the last 7 Premier League titles, so how is that any different from La Liga where we’ve literally seen Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Barcelona all lift the trophy in the last few years? Arsenal looked like they were finally about to win it for four straight seasons, only to finish runners-up every single time while City still took the title, so enlighten me please, how is this any different from La Liga or the other top five European leagues? 🤷♂️

The so-called ‘hardest league’ has been dominated by just one club and one manager for over 8 years straight and still counting, exactly like Serie A, the Bundesliga and Ligue 1, so I don’t know where this ‘Premier League is the hardest league’ agenda is even coming from 🤷♂️
Hype ni, don’t mind them. Hardest league but Guardiola alone won 4 league trophies 🏆 consecutively. Just hype. Bodo beat man city and the league is the hardest league. Awon Dindinrin

Yeah Man city all the way, if you want to win the league you have to be consistent which arsenal can’t do. Let’s see if arsenal can win the remaining 11 games because I don’t see them winning all

you think la liga is strong, when Barca can't beat Inter?
People keep confusing the most popular league with the toughest one. The Premier League isn’t harder than Serie A, it’s just all pure hype and media noise, over the years I haven’t seen any real difference between the Premier League and the other top 5 European leagues. The same teams that are good enough to win the title still win it comfortably and mostly without any drama, so how exactly is it harder than any other league?🤷♂️ please explain!
