He is underrated, Sadly the majority of his Barca stint was under that conservative coach that drained him of his confidence. We only got tiny glimpses of it back then. Hopefully under Setien who prioritizes width and fluidity we'll finally see his full range of skill and some consistency..

In the past two seasons Robertson has been the best Left Back not only in the premier league but in the world as well. He is good, albeit not spectacular, at defending. His crossing is up there with the best in the world and his work rate is sublime - you rarely see him not running up and down the pitch even when he plays high octane 90 minutes of football 3 times a week. He still has several good years ahead of him and has the potential to become a Liverpool and Premier league legend (Scotland legend and Football legend as well). The Scotland captain is a gem💎👊

Right now Robertson. Varane and Umititi are top players but have been poor this season. Kolisanac is a fantastic defender off the field but average on it. The rest could be swept away for the best 26 year old. I'd love to have them on my team but the best? Robertson, he may be a player who wouldn't do the fanciest skills but his work rate up and down the field is unbelievable. Robertson stands out

When the Player is Underrated and Doesn't have a lot of Fame, he is Nothing. Varane in 2018 won WC and UCL together and yet he Wasn't even in the Top 5 Nominees for the Ballon d'or while VVD only Won UCL and he was on the Edge of Winning the Ballon d'or. Many Players are Underrated and even more Better than the Well known ones but its Only the Well Known who gets all the Praise. If Varane had the Same Fame and Noise like that which VVD had, he would have been the Second or the Winner of the 2018 Balon d'or
