Agent Silvio Pagliari can understand Antonio Conte leaving Tottenham.
Conte's contract with Spurs was terminated by mutual consent on Sunday. A return to Juventus has been mooted for the Italian.
Pagliari told TMW: "I am of the opinion that he has made some personal reflections that all of us who have turned 50 do.
"I think he wants to coach in Italy and stay close to his family, because time passes for everyone.
"Maybe you get rich but then you realise you're away from your family. Let's say you had a bit of saudade."
