Al-Ettifaq 2-2 Al Nassr: Wijnaldum brace save point for hosts, CR7 and Felix net

Al-Nassr dropped points in the Saudi Pro League for the first time this season as Georginio Wijnaldum's double earned Al-Ettifaq a 2-2 draw on Tuesday.

Wijnaldum double ends Al Nassr's winning streak despite Cristiano Ronaldo and Joao Felix on target.

Al-Nassr's run of wins to start the season ended at 10, with Wijnaldum netting his second 10 minutes from time after Cristiano Ronaldo and Joao Felix had turned the game around.

Saad Al Nasser had a straight red card downgraded to a yellow following a VAR review, before Wijnaldum finished a swift break by bending a great finish into the top-right corner inside 16 minutes.

Al-Nassr were firmly on top but went into the break behind after Sultan Al Ghannam rattled the crossbar with a 25-yard effort.

Just over a minute after the restart, though, Felix picked out the bottom-left corner and midway through the second half his shot went in off the back of Ronaldo.

Wijnaldum fired home Radi Al Otaibi's cutback against the run of play with 10 minutes remaining, and Al-Nassr were unable to regain the lead and maintain their 100% record.

Data Debrief: Ronaldo and Felix stay on course

Al-Nassr may have dropped points for the first time this season, but Felix and Ronaldo remain level with the record for the most goals at this point of a Pro League campaign.

Both players took their tally for the season to 13 after 11 games, which has only previously been achieved by Omar Al-Somah and Gelmin Rivas.

However, despite their electric start to the season, Al-Nassr's lead at the top of the table will only be two points if Al-Hilal win at Al-Kholood on Wednesday.
